1. Open regedit: RUN> REGEDIT
2. Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ WPAEvents

5.Right Click on WPAEvents (Regedit) and choose Permissions
